5 Day ITSSAR Instructor Direct Entry Courses
This bridging course is provided as an entry route to ITSSAR Instructor Registration for Instructors who have already qualified as instructors by other means.
Cost: £880 + VAT. This course is eligible for a funding opportunity.

When selecting your candidates for ITSSAR instructor training consider that they will require the following attributes:
- They will require to be ITSSAR certificated to a high standard of operating ability for the lift truck category that they wish to train on
- An ITSSAR instructor is required to have a high regard for Health and Safety
- Good communication skills are essential. ITSSAR instructors are required to convey information to candidates of varying skill and ability levels
- Good analytical skills are important. ITSSAR instructors are required to continually assess candidates progress and identify and provide corrective tuition and assistance where appropriate
- Good literacy skills are important as ITSSAR instructors are required to prepare written lesson plans, digest a significant amount of written information and also to record records of candidate progression and written reports on candidate performance
- Good presentation skills are very important. ITSSAR instructors are required to deliver practical and theoretical lessons, in both working and classroom environments

10 Day ITSSAR Instructor Training Courses
Aimed at instructors who want to train operators to ITSSAR standards, either in-house or on a commercial basis.
Cost: £1480 + VAT. This course is eligible for a funding opportunity.
5 Day ITSSAR Instructor Re-registration Courses
Aimed at existing Category 1 ITSSAR instructors who train on an infrequent basis or train in-house for their employing company and whose instructional qualification is due to expire.
Cost: £880 + VAT. This course is eligible for a funding opportunity.
3 Day ITSSAR Instructor Re-registration Courses
Aimed at existing ITSSAR Category 1 instructors who train on a commercial basis for a Category 2 training organisation and whose instructional qualification is due to expire.
Cost: £880 + VAT. This course is eligible for a funding opportunity.
ITSSAR Instructor Re-examination Courses
Aimed at instructors who have failed one or more of the nine elements of the ITSSAR examination.
