This is a 5 Day Bridging (Conversion) course accredited and examined by RTITB Ltd.
It is provided as an entry route to RTITB Instructor Registration for Instructors who have qualified as instructors by other means.
The instructional qualifications from the majority of other accrediting bodies qualify for the 5 day conversion course:
Additionally teaching awards from the life long sector: PTLLS, CTLLS and DTLLS are accepted as well as Awards in Education and Training.
Currently registered instructors with AITT, ITSSAR or NPORS can attend a 3 Day conversion course provided the instructional qualification is within its validity period.
The instructional qualifications for these organisations must not have expired by more than 12 months. If this is the case then the 10 day basic RTITB course will need to be undertaken.
The cost of our 5 day instructor course is £1250 + VAT (RTITB Instructor registration fee of £84 and etruck licence of £69 included). This course is eligible for a funding opportunity.
If you are unsure if your qualification meets the RTITB entry requirements then contact us on 01236 630300 or drop us an email using one of the addresses on the contact us page.
Our scheduled 5 Day RTITB Instructor Entry course dates for 2024 are as follows:
Candidates should be Instructors with documentary evidence of having completed an approved ‘Methods and Techniques of Instruction’ course identified in the list above with a duration of 5 days or more.
The instructional certificate issued by the training body must not have expired by more than 12 months.
Candidates must also have a counterbalance certificate issued within the previous 12 months.
We can arrange RTITB counterbalance refresher courses and RTITB reach truck refresher courses prior to the start date of the course.
Having done quite a few instructor courses for various different organisations I felt that the bridging course from AITT, instruction, equipment, premises and even the banter was second to none. Friendly approachable and very knowledgeable staff, highly recommended. Looking forward to using my newly acquired skills. Thanks guys.
