Manual Handling Courses

Our Manual Handling courses are conducted in accordance with The Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992, amended 2002.

Course details
The course is designed to raise awareness of manual handling issues. Participants are taught correct posture and lifting techniques to enable manual handling tasks to be conducted without injury.

Each basic course has a 1 day duration with a maximum of 12 participants, 6 accommodated in a morning session and 6 accommodated in an afternoon session.
