Business Grants for Forklift Training

Funding is a very effective way of reducing the cost of your businesses forklift training requirements. Some of the grants available can save you 50% off the cost of forklift training for your employees.

There are a number of schemes that are designed to help small to medium businesses in Scotland meet the costs of their forklift training.

Flexible Training Opportunities

Flexible Training Opportunities is a scheme provided by Skills Development Scotland which provides assistance to small and medium businesses towards the cost of training their employees.

Provided your business is located in Scotland and has fewer than 100 employees, who are also resident in Scotland, then you could be eligible for up to £5000 towards the cost of forklift training for your employees.

The fund provides 50% of the cost of forklift training up to a maximum of £500 per employee.

The fund can be claimed for a maximum of 10 employees, a potential saving of £5,000 on training costs.
